Absence Management Survey

The new absence management survey was issued this month and overall there was a slight drop in absence, which is great to hear from a SAM perspective. SAM works hard to help schools reduce absences and so the drop from 8.8 average days absent per employee per year to 7.4 days is a positive result. However, as CIPD mention in their summary it is the change in attitude and management that is the most pleasing.
