Justine Greening replaces Nicky Morgan as Education Secretary

As well as being responsible for schools, colleges and universities, she also becomes the Minister for Women and Equalities. Her new department will expand to take on responsibility for universities and she will inherit a higher education bill, which could raise tuition fees in England, with a second reading due next week.
